After the big fight against U'Larga, a communication came in again from inside that box. Krischa's protocol droid was relaying information to us. Our payment will be delivered, and she is most pleased with the outcome of our efforts. The only good side to this double-crossing trick she played on us, is that we've earned enough money to pay for much needed parts.
Karaga wanted to know if we'd taken anything from the establishment, we said yes. He asked about a vault and Davin played dumb. He did know about it, but luckily we were unable to blow it open. Good thing too - as Deem, when I asked him what he could foresee with that, said explosions and bodies were potentially in the future regarding it. I've had enough of those, thank you.
We did have to clear through the rest of U'Larga's men; who unfortunately did not take our suggestion to lay down arms and just clear out. Fighting seems to become a necessity with us more often than I like. And the fights aren't just fists and blasters- we're armed in a way that makes short work of most opponents. Which is something that weighs heavier and heavier upon me lately. My ability to use the Force to move objects; be it a person or speeder, is becoming stronger. If I'm not careful, there are going to be unwanted results from using it. I feel like I'm starting to tell the difference between the light and dark side of the force... and damnit if when it matters most, it's the dark side that so willingly lends it strength. What kind of choice is that? Use it because the ends justify the means? Or resist it and hope that your friend standing next to you doesn't take another disruptor blast to the face? Anyway. We made it out and back to the ship, where we've been pretty busy.
After we got the money, we picked up the rest of the parts and Gryllus began working on a cybernetic replacement for my left arm. That Gand is amazing with her craft. Between her and the doctor, they spent hours upon hours working on it. There were some ... rather uncomfortable parts that required my presence, but for the most part I just spent time studying under the holocron's lessons and in meditation.
Rohan and Davin went out and started looking for more goods to move and we ended up with some new, not on the market Bacta. Very, very, volatile and requires strict handling we're told. It's actually pretty legitimate as far as shipments go, they're just looking to avoid taxation. It's going to Mercale Labratory Hospital on the upper levels of Nar Shaddaa. Which means hey, I'll be close to home. Though- it's probably not safe to try and get a visit in. What with our bounties and all.

Just got the new arm on! It's incredible! It doesn't even look like a cybernetic arm- I was afraid I'd be all droid looking, right? Nope. It LOOKS like a hand. It works great! And it feels, well, it feels really strange still, but it's new, but outside of that, it just feels like it fits perfect for me. The strength in it? The grip and everything? Man. You thought my cross was a strong hit? My left hook is going to be a thing of nightmares hahaha! Gryllus and Cham really did an amazing job on this. I wonder if there's any way I can ever repay them for this- for what they've given back to me. I'm not sure how, but I'll work toward finding a way to thank them- as long as it takes.

Crap! CRAP CRAP CRAP! J. We got trouble. Turns out this other crate we're moving? The one we picked up on Tattooine before we scrambled? It's going to someone... someone really dangerous on the lower levels. Someone that the rest of /us/ knew better than to associate with. Heading up straight to the leader of that gang. And you know they've spoken about how there's a connection between him and the Black Sun... shit. I've got more than a bad feeling about this J. We cannot make this delivery. I just... whatever's in that crate? It can't be good. And it will be even worse if it ends up in HIS hands. The alternative though? Is getting on the radar of a big, dangerous, boss. With connections that spread into some powerful territories.
And I've a feeling that Rohan and Davin aren't going to take me seriously on this. They'll want to just finish the job and move on. Arming thugs is one thing. Arming someone like this? No. It goes against every fibre of my body. How am I going to talk them out of this?
